When will my order ship?

Orders will take, on average, between 3-5 business days to be processed, packed, & mailed. It may take another 3-5 business days for it to be delivered. We are a small team, but we can assure you we are working as hard as we can to get every order out as soon as possible :)

What to do if my package has been marked delivered but hasn't actually arrived?

Unfortunately once your order is sent out, we are no longer able to assist with the lost package, simply because we don't have the tools on our end to help locate it. If your package has been marked delivered, but has not actually arrived, we suggest reaching out to your local post office. They should be able to further help in finding the whereabouts of the package & see if it may have been misdelivered. Also, ask neighbors if it may have been delivered to them by accident. This policy will be going into effect on (5/21/24).

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because we are a small business, we will not be accepting any returns, refunds, or cancellations at this time. All your support is so appreciated and we hope you understand!

What if my item is incorrect or damaged when it arrives?

When receiving your package, please check & ensure that the product(s) are correct based on your order and if there is a problem (such as items being defective, damaged, or if the wrong item(s) were sent) please contact us through our email at shoptheaugustshop@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery and we will make the issue right!
