When will my order ship?
Orders will take, on average, between 1-3 business days to be processed, packed, & mailed. It may take another 2-5 business days for your package to be delivered. We are a small team, but we can assure you we are working as hard as we can to get every order out as soon as possible :)

What to do if my package has been marked delivered but hasn't actually arrived?
Once your order has been sent out, and is in the hands of the mail carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. This is because we simply do not have the tools on our end to help locate the package if it becomes lost or stolen. If you have any problems receiving your package, we suggest reaching out to your local mail carrier. Also, ask neighbors if it may have been delivered to them by accident.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Since we are a small business, we will not be accepting any returns, refunds, or cancellations at this time. All your support is so appreciated and we hope you understand!

What if my item is incorrect or damaged when it arrives?
When receiving your package, please check & ensure that the products are correct based on your order. If there is a problem (such as items being defective, damaged, or if the wrong items were sent) please contact us through our email at shoptheaugustshop@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery and we will make the issue right!
