Shipping policy

Shipping Times

Orders will take, on average, between 1-3 business days to be processed, packed, & mailed. It may take another 2-5 business days for your package to be delivered. We are a small team, but we can assure you we are working as hard as we can to get every order out as soon as possible :)

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain your tracking number. You can click on this tracking number within the email to see the current location/status of your package up until delivery.

Domestic Shipping

We currently only offer shipping within the United States, but we are hoping to expand to more destinations in the future.

Cost of Shipping

Shipping rates will be calculated for you at checkout. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been sent out, and is in the hands of the mail carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. This is because we simply do not have the tools on our end to help locate the package if it becomes lost or stolen. If you have any problems receiving your package, we suggest reaching out to your local mail carrier. Also, ask neighbors if it may have been delivered to them by accident.
